Not far away is Bingdao, the iconic prestige micro-terroir, where we bring once again the stunningly huge unrolled tea leaves grown using the Teng Tiao method. This flight also includes a five-year-old loose sheng from our beloved, lesser-known He Tao Yuan mountain in Yongde, and two Yesheng Cha from wild, uncultivated ancient trees, which starred in last spring’s Blind Tasting Club.
