We are thrilled to announce The Complete 2025 Special Gift Box - the results of our year-long project in Wuyi Shan, in celebration of the release of our innovative Yancha course: A Comprehensive Course on Yan Yun.

This project reflects years of dedication to researching and sourcing the finest Yancha cultivars across multiple micro-terroirs in Wuyi Shan. Each tea reached this collection was carefully selected based on material quality and flavor profiles we grade ourselves, following an uncompromising and objective approach. From blind tastings in different brewing methods to prolonged resting periods and repeated evaluations over time, we remain free from external influences such as price or the prestige of high-profile growing areas, ensuring authenticity in every choice.

Having moved back to China and settled in Xiamen—not far from Wuyi Shan—we now enjoy unparalleled access to this iconic tea region. Over the past year, we’ve deepened our network, working closely with our mentoring farmers, tea makers, and roasters while contributing our expertise on environmental and quality controls throughout the process. The 2024 collection features standout teas sourced during months of immersive exploration. It celebrates our deep connection to Fujian, our commitment to preserving its legacy while advancing sustainable practices.

This collection is designed to complement our new complete Yancha course, with two portions of each tea included for deeper exploration and comparison. It showcases remarkable diversity, featuring a comprehensive collection of different cultivar groups and craftsmanship styles. Among these is a celebrated Shui Xian and our biggest achievement yet, which earned the top prize in the government’s flagship competition. It’s a rare opportunity to experience a prestigious Yancha edition that we consider flawless and exceptionally unique in character.
